- would you guys prefer instagram or whatsapp and 2) should we make it compulsory for everyone wanting to join the group to send in a photo of their offer letter?
I would personally suggest ig cus everybody just might not be comfortable sharing their phone number at such an early point but that’s just a thought anyway. Baqi yes, a picture of the letter or anything of a similar sort is a good idea honestly, nothing wrong with that.

Please ensure that the photo you send shows your name, this you can do so by taking the photo of your conditional offer. You may also want to cover the private info of yours such as the address and phone number.
