Waitlisted at Hotchkiss! Was really expecting a rejected so I’m freaking out
I’m not sure abt that check previous threads
We were waitlisted at Andover last year and never got off. Do not hold out for that, the odds are unfortunately very slim.

As a recruited athlete you may have a slightly better waitlist chance than others. You are counting on another recruited soccer player opting to go elsewhere - preferably a junior or senior in your case.
but Deerfield is a hell of a school and full financial aid? No brainer IMO. Then you get the chip on your shoulder at every Andover match for the next 2 years!

But does that mean that I could not get a place if another regular student opted to go elswhere? It would have to be a recruited soccer player? Sounds like slim chances.
