<p>About 3 years ago, we went to an estate sale near The Country Club, which is trés riche, to a house right of House & Gardens from 1960. It had been altered but most of it was truly lovely and I’m speaking in the most general sense instead of as a “lovely period example”. It’s been torn down. Of course. </p>
