Ronald Reagan was also president during the last time someone other than VanDerveer was coach. When you combine the change in coach with switching from Pac 12 to Atlantic Coast Conference and key players graduating (#2 WNBA draft pick, Cameron Brink), it does not bode well for the season and likely next season as well. I have a relative on the team. Hopefully, this will lead to her getting more game time.
We went to the UT women’s second-round game today. Excellent crowd despite 1 p.m. start time first day back from spring break!

I am more about the women’s tourney this year 
, but I am really looking forward to the Houston/TN men’s game today.
I have Houston winning in my bracket, but I wouldn’t hate for Rick Barnes to finally take TN there. And Houston losing this early likely helps by bracket because so many people have them as the eventual winner. Right now I am fifth, and only two of us have FL winning it all.
A guy I used to work with always filed 4 brackets, always picking the higher ranked school and then having one bracket for each of the #1 teams winning. He actually was a very smart guy and usually did pretty well, even if one or more #1’s was knocked off early (because usually if that happened everyone had a busted bracket).
He would have done very well this year will all #1s in the final 4
I am the winner so far in my family’s bracket of 10 participants having chosen correctly all four of the Final Four teams. My 9 year old grandson is #2, being the only one in his family (Mom, Dad and a twin brother) to choose Auburn over Mich St.

I was rooting for Texas, since I’m not a fan of South Carolina. And I’m not a fan of UConn either, but they’re looking to be eventual winner of the other semifinal.
