H and D1 attended the Final Four in Houston when it was there five years ago and had a great time, even though their teams weren’t in the finals. It’s a bugger to get tickets through the lottery system!
@2VU0609 it is unbelievable how much work seems to go into it. What is even more unbelievable is that they have a staff of 12 planning and managing everything while top down everyone else is a volunteer.
Well the NCAA is a non-profit and they do this for the students. (is a sarcasm tag needed)
Thought about buying tickets here in Denver for two games but won’t spend 130 for it.

It’s exciting, but if Duke loses it will really mess up my bracket!
Any day Duke loses is a good day in my book.

I meant to fill out my bracket this morning but then I fell back asleep.
Ok, this disease has gotten in the way of my brackets and that is not ok 
I have about 5 brackets. I’m already heartbroken about Vandy’s horrific exit on Tuesday night.
No bracket for me, but I’m happy for UConn’s win and hoping that Yale can maintain their lead and win. Gotta pull for CT’s teams. I’ll also be pulling for Stony Brook, my alma mater, later.
My team is a Big 12 team, but I won’t be too sad if Baylor loses. Each school has a current sex scandal so I’d like to see them both lose.
Both of my alma maters are in the tournament and both have sex scandals. Yale and Cal. Yale-Baylor is a great game so far though.
delurk- I knew the Cal guy (Yanni H) when he was here at Vandy coaching. We all loved him, but I thought he seemed a little sketchy- and it turns out I was right. Way to ruin your career! He was at Harvard before Vandy.
No bracket here either. But with Yale’s big upset today we will be glued to the TV on Saturday!!
I never get the interest in this. 
I did pick Wichita State over Arizona. See if they hold on.
My S is home for spring break, and it’s ALL about March Madness with him. Rock Chalk Jayhawk!
S2 took 2 vacation days (he has more than he’d ever use and can rollover) yesterday and today to watch the tournament. We think he’s a little crazy, but it’s his vacation time.
Consolation- if you don’t like college basketball, I guess you would not “get” the interest in the NCAA tournament. I don’t exactly understand coming on a thread with enthusiastic participants to announce that, though.
