A few years ago I tested into basic mathematics for college. I took Math 091 which is a redial course in Basic Mathematics. I passed that with a B and went on into Math 095 which is Elementary Algebra. I ended up withdrawing because I was failing horribly! So, fast forward to now and I pretty much forgot everything from a few years ago. Now if I take Math 091 to remember everything I’m pretty much starting over. Should I just retake Math 095 and move from there or should I backtrack and do Math 091 to remember everything?

Bump Bump :D

If you forgot everything, you should definitely retake it because chances are if you start with 095 you will just fail again, since you didn’t do well the first time.

Yeah… uh… algebras a *****

Dude. You should just be able to self-study all the material from that class. Algebra is honestly pretty easy…

Radical. Haha. Made my night.

:)

Start from as basic as you need. You need to do well in one math class before you can go onto the next.

Start basic, math builds on itself so if you can’t remember the basic stuff then it will be harder to do the more advanced problems.

If serious, start with the most basic class.
