anyone know something about Berlin airlift?

I thought it was immediate relief, so “providing support for a potential problem”, or something along those lines…

wait did the gulf of tonkin one include the phrasing unsubstantiated?

ah, i got the jazz one wrong.
the berlin airlift answer had something to do with soviet blockade.

^reduce effects of the blockade

It was resolving the blockade of West Berlin.

i agree with gramster

also, does anyone know what the curve on this test is like? i’ve heard you can get 10 wrong and still get an 800

yeah, what was the 1815 south one? slaves or cotton?

the answer to the gulf of tonkin one was A, something like johnson’s agressiveness got more money for the war.

I don’t think that Shays’ Rebellion answer is correct. It definitely was an effort to overthrow the government, wasn’t it? I put the answer about releasing more paper money.

@blugblug, there was a choice with cotton?

Yeah, I think I put paper money too. I remember Daniel Shays having some sort of vendetta against the Massachusetts governor or something of that sort. Can anyone substantiate this?

Yes, the two choices were Mass production of cotton in textile mills and A slave labor system dedicated to agricultural products for an international markets.

gramster read this [Shays’ Rebellion - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shays’_Rebellion]Shays">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shays’_Rebellion)
They didn’t seek to overthrow the govenrment - wanted paper currency to reduce the debt

Jazz was easy to play. 85-90% sure

but yastoopid did the answer choice say that johnson used unsubstantiated claims in order to gain authority to go into vietnam…that threw me off a little

Guys…it was Africans for the immigration question…SLAVE TRADE ENDED during the 19th century…thus, no immigration from Africa.

I also believe it was a Chinese Immigrant in California…“gold” was the giveaway for me…

Double standard answer for that question with women.

Why isn’t steamboat not for east coast trading?

Why isn’t traffic congestion the answer to streetcar.

I thought Puritans wanted a society for religious dissenters or whatever.

I don’t remember the Declaratory Act quote…

Shays attacked the Springfield armory so that he could overthrow the government, didn’t he?

nah man, Jazz was used to rebel from normal culture.

Chinese immigrant was the husband panning gold one.

@bgrlqn, yeah i think it might have. his claims were slightly exaggerated.
