AMSCO says “shay led farmers against high taxes, imprisonment for
debt, lack of paper money” Nothing about taking over the government.

thrill: It was definately A. No one during that time period even thought about conservation.

@thrill3rnit3, the answer was trust-busting/breaking up monopolies. I also narrowed down buffalo skins to A and E, I think I ended up putting A.

damn I was leaning towards (A), I should’ve gotten that one right then

so anyone up for a consolidated answer key? Let’s start with a question at a time, people just copy and paste answers that were verified as correct.

What was the answer to the one w/ ethnic diversity and different religions?

The choices were: Massachusetts, Virigina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and forgot the 5th.

I got 11 wrong and everything else right according to what NeRdAtTaCk said.

What is that?

@locisma, there was a question that said what ended slavery in the United States.

answer: 13th Amendment

^ i believe they asked when was slavery abolished across the whole us?

I think some people confused nathaniel bacon for shay

To AvidStudent - Answer was Pennsylvania with the Quakers.

@avidstudent
pennsylvania was the answer to the ethnic diversity one

Nice, another one that I was questioning, ended well in my favor.
What was the answer to the one about labor groups? The question was a quote that had to do w/ “working class/capitalism”. Sorry, I forgot the exact wording but I remember it was bottom right of the page.

Conflict between the working class/ capitalism seemed very socialist to me. The union known to be socialist was the IWW.

^ i skipped that one

someone wanna make a compiled list, please? it’d be greatly appreciated.

Seneca Falls WAS economic exploitation. How could there have been a double standard when only ONE standard was actually mentioned?

i agree, it was economic exploitation.

The Seneca Falls quote:
Men say women are improper for doing public entertainment but men keep attending the shows.
The three choices in dispute:
-The economic exploitation of women is demonstrated by their being forced into public entertainment
-There is a double standard about how men and women are supposed to behave
-Women perform because of male patronage and encouragement

I am 99% sure it is the first one. The quote said NOTHING about how men were supposed to behave, thus there is no double standard. Also, the men aren’t ENCOURAGING the women into public entertainment, the women are doing it because it is one of the few feasible options for a career. The fact that they are forced into the career shows their economic exploitation.

SOMEONE MAKE A LIST… someone started one, so can someone just expand/add to it ! i wana know what i got haha

If the Seneca Falls convention question was the one involving circuses and actresses, then the answer was about the expectations and pressures from men and etc., since the quote mentioned women being pushed to be actresses, circus, etc. from the approving attendance of men.

Yeah, I find at least 3 of nerdattack’s answers problematic and the Seneca Falls question was very poorly written.
