Hi, I just got accepted into McMaster’s Business I program. However, I am also interested in fulfilling the pre-med requirements. Is this a possibility?

Summer school is of course an option- especially if you do them at a 4-year university (v. community college). Or at least mix-and-match, taking the lower level ones at CC and the higher ones at the 4-year. You can get in w/ all CC pre-med work, but a) not all med schools are ok with that and b) it can raise a red flag even the ones that are ok with it.
Obviously, it’s easier at a US college, where your major classes are a smaller % of your overall coursework.
