<p>The school you go to is way down on the list of considerations. However, that’s not to say that it has no indirect influence on your application. For instance, top schools tend to have more research opportunities. It’s also easier to obtain internships if you go to a prestigous school. Good schools also tend to have smaller classes so it would be easier to get a rec. And so on.</p>
