<p>I thought to myself that they came so close to having their son graduate from medical school and instead they have to go through this.</p>
<p>I read this too. Lack of details is disturbing. Also scary that the suspect is still out there.</p>
<p>How awful! There is a comment after the article from someone who saw him as a patient, who described him as “compassionate and truly caring.” What a waste.</p>
<p>I don’t think the Ann Arbor community has anything to fear. This seems to be a very targeted killing by someone he knew. (Not that I don’t want him caught. Clearly I do and punished.) </p>
<p>This is the first murder on campus in almost 10 years. It definitely sent a shock through the community. My sympathy to his family and friends.</p>
<p>Really? The fact that there is someone armed who was mad enough to kill someone, even if it was a specific someone, and may still be in the city of Ann Arbor, kind of worries me. Whoe knows what will next provoke him/her.</p>
<p>I can’t seem to visit my old campus anymore without remembering that they never caught the serial rapist from a couple years ago. I hope the murderer is found quickly.</p>
