I was wondering if there is any way I can study medicine preferably in Germany after my o levels. If yes then what are the requirements?
Are you a citizen of an EU country? Are you fluent in German?
To attend any university in Germany, you’d need a high school credential deemed equivalent to the German Abitur by German authorities. In British-patterned education systems, that’s usually A-levels. In addition, there’ll be subject-specific admission requirements. For admission to medicine, German authorities require A-level chemistry, two other A-level subjects in math or sciences, and a language at the AS-level. That’s for British GCE A-levels. The requirements are slightly different for A-levels from other countries such as Hong Kong.

Admission to medicine programs is hugely competitive in Germany. If you are a citizen of an EU country, you can apply through a centralized system just like applicants from Germany. If you are not a EU citizen, you’d have to apply for admission to the universities directly and the universities are under no obligation to consider your application at all.
In addition to the academic prerequisites for admission, you’d also have to document that you speak German well enough to attend classes taught in German. (Usually at the B2 or C1 level in the European framework for language fluency. GCE A-level German is approximately at the B2 level.)
