What is your definition of a “bad college”? Plenty of fine establishments will accept you and provide you with a quality education. That is also a long way off from now, and there is plenty of time for things to change.
You need to make the best of what you have. At least in my area, you are not technically behind. Algebra I is the “on track” freshman math course. While it is unfortunate you aren’t able to move up, it’s not the end of the world. Spanish 1-2 is definitely not that bad either, because as long you have years of foreign language become less relevant.Get solid grades in the classes you are in, and that will help.
If you are still not happy, you need to either talk to the head of math about any options you still might have, or your parents to see what they are thinking.
