Where have I been…? Oh my, wicked adult crush on this guy. Google: Michael Buble: Everything.

Showed daughter this video last night and she said she has all his stuff on her ipod and would burn me a CD. How did I miss this guy all this time. Too much classic rock for me. I need to get out more.

Funny, I have him playing on ITunes right now. We call him “the bubbly guy” because I kept forgetting his name when my kids first started playing his CDs. One of the best things about MB is that D loves him, I love him, and my 80 year old mom loves him.

sax - too funny! just yesterday I was driving, listening to one of his songs on satellite radio, and thought to myself “I love this guy. Who is he?” Looked at the radio just in time to see his name. Thanks for reminding me I need to go to iTunes to get his music :)

We just recently went to a Buble concert. Our gang included: MIL, 3-SIL’s, my 10yo D, my 10yo D’s friend, and a middle age friend. He is loved by all ages. We have gone to about 5-6 concerts and he always puts on a great show. My 10dd has him on her ipod.

My SIL “introduced” me to Buble about 5 years ago. I would have to nominate her for president. She actually is a member of his fan club. I have stood outside his tour bus after a couple of concerts with her so she could get his autograph. I have never tried to gets anyones autograph, but SIL really wanted it.

My D also said he has been around awhile. It just makes me wonder how I’ve missed him all this time. Seriously need to change up my presets on the radio…

sax~ I agree…fell for Michael Buble’s music when I saw the movie, The Wedding Date…his songs Home and Save the Last dance for me are so uplifting…

My youngest wants him for her wedding singer.
she says she would marry him but he is already engaged. He is adorable. I have two of his CD’s. I, too, learned about him from my girls.

mamom - considering a concert in July. He will be near my daughter’s house and I would love to take a trip and see him.

Another of Canada’s famous singers, Michael’s been around for a long time. My H and I were at a wedding where he sang for the bride and groom, and that was the start of his big break because David Foster was also a guest. I’m glad you finally discovered him, sax, he’s a talented fellow who has sold tens of millions of albums. :)

Alwaysmom, thanks for thw backstory. I’ll have to look him up on SNL.

Something about him ( style, tone, song choices…I’m not sure) reminds me a bit of Art Garufnkle when he was making albums after Simon and Garfunkle.

The blond at the end in the parking lot; my 16 yr old told me this…I haven’t watched it recently but she may be in another part also…? not sure…
