<p>I just watched the DVD which came with my CD Michael Buble Live at Madison Square Garden. You get to “meet him” backstage, and kind of get a sense of him. He seems really cute, down to earth, etc. Loved his Grandpa. The only thing that I found a little disappointing was that he smokes. I cringe at the thought of him damaging that beautiful instrument. It would be like practicing with your Stadivarius out in the rain every day. </p>
<p>Anyway, I’d recommend the CD/DVD. IMO, the true test of a singer is how well they perform live without all the studio “magic.” His performance at MSG was flawless.</p>

<p>I’m not really a fan (yet?) but I have a funny Michael Buble story.<br>
Recently my husband and I were sitting at a cafe and a Michael Buble song was playing in the background. My husband asked me if I liked him. My response was “not really, I think his music was a little too gooey”. He sits there quietly and then starts laughing. It turns out he bought me Michael Buble concert tickets for my birthday. I felt horrible, but it was pretty funny. So now I know what I’m getting for my birthday. The concert is in July. I’ve been told he gives amazing concerts, so I am excited, and maybe I’ll become a big fan.</p>

<p>I didn’t think I liked him much. Then I accidentally saw a PBS special about David Foster where he performed “Feeling Good”. OMG. Killer sexy and what a voice.

<p>I will duck after saying this, but I heve never really “gotten” him. He’s ok. Pleasant. Just OK. Not good looking. If I want to listen to/watch a Sinatra sound-alike who is also good looking-- I’d watch Harry Connick Jr.

<p>Well, how timely. They just announced that Harry Connick Jr will be on next week’s American Idol doing Sinatra songs!</p>
<p>^^^^I haven’t watched American Idol in two seasons, but I will definitely watch next week to see Harry Connick, Jr. I love the fact that he is a great musician in addition to being a great singer. Plus, he’s REALLY cute. Ha ha. My D2 has been watching old Will and Grace episodes recently, and I’ve really enjoyed watching the ones with “Leo.”</p>

If any of you are like me , I live in the Siberia of radio waves. Seriously , I can choose from classic rock ( which I like to an extent , but not for any length of time ) pop,hip-hop,more pop and hip hop and country…none of which I enjoy
It is all Pandora for me, and unfortunately the only source for me to find music and artists I enjoy</p>

<p>Got tickets to Michael Buble for Mother’s Day! My DH says if his big deal closes (always a big IF when you’re in real estate), we’ll sell these tickets and buy two to see him in Vegas. That would be fun, but I’m happy to see him here in Big D.</p>
