eager to see some campus visit reports posted here… TIA!
Campus visits are thankfully back to normal since my daughter and I went to campus (fall of 2020 so campus was shut down). But she’s a junior there now, so it didn’t deter her lol. What I’ve heard about tours is you get a good walking tour - and be prepared to walk, MSU is a huge campus that is meant to be walked. You won’t get a dorm tour but likely be able to eat in one of the cafeterias, probably Brody because it’s the biggest. There are things that are not to be missed, even if your tour doesn’t take you on them. Get some ice cream at the Dairy Store, made from cows at the MSU barns. Go into the STEM building, which is really cool. North campus (the original campus) is full of charm and ivy-covered buildings. If you have the time, go out to the dairy barn and pet cows. You can’t go into Spartan Stadium, but there are some great photo ops outside as well as, of course, the Sparty statue.
