It should be there . you need to browse through the tables … see comparison 2024 vs 2025.
The thing about withdrawing applications is that most people don’t withdraw them at all, not even after May 1st.
Hence, colleges cannot rely on that or use that for anything meaningful, except when withdrawn before the decision date itself.
The primary marker colleges use is enrollment numbers, which is also more reliable after mid March when most decisions are out, and majority of students begin placing their deposits.
Net of it is, withdrawing applications hardly helps applicants who are deferred/waitlisted. We did it primarily to keep our list manageable. My DD tells me that in her class even ED applicants haven’t withdrawn their applications, let alone EA/RD ones, and don’t have plans to withdraw them at all.
Well, My S25 didn’t make the final cut for ADS interviews. He was notified of a small “semi finalist” scholarship today. MSU isn’t out of the running entirely for him, but unless more scholarships are forthcoming it probably won’t end up being his top choice.
Anyone know what day the second round of direct admissions are likely to come out?
looking at the topic from last year, they announced on April 2nd (2024). Still waiting too… ![]()
Any idea if they can see whether or not you applied for the RBC and the SBI? I applied to both and got in
Today…..
We got an email yesterday that the second round of invitations to Broad were all completed and the next option for us is secondary pathway.. withdrew the application right away.. not worth the time, effort and money competing for a smaller pool of seats with only 30-45% success rate. Good luck!
My kid got into RBC.. they won’t see it.. only what is in the application at the MSU admittance as per website.
