<p>Yeah, when the domain still existed it stated that the scholarship was in dissolution.
Same thing with BC’s Premier Excellence awards or whatever. I wondering how to apply before realizing it got scrapped.</p>
<p>Yea, it was just for the new millenium and was scrapped last year I think. It stopped after 2010 year.</p>
