<p>I used to have canadian PR but then it expired, thus I need to get a study permit. I applied but I got a letter saying I first have the relinquish my PR. Ive filled out everything except the last part which needs the signature of a ministers delegate. Im in nepal where there is no consulate/high commision thus no minister, thus no ministers delegate. What exactly do I do now??? the Delhi high commision is taking their time replying to my email.</p>
<p>I read in the news a while back that Canada and Britain were going to share embassies in a few countries as a cost cutting measure and I believe that Nepal was one of those countries. I suggest you contact the UK embassy in Nepal and see if there is indeed a Canadian diplomatic presence there.</p>
