we have been using the Solo Stove (bonfire) throughout covid. We would be able to gather in our small patio and have friends visit during the lockdown. Lots of byob and smores were consumed.
helpful because it is smokeless (I dislike smelling like smoke and my husband and daughter are asthmatic)and since we live in a city rowhome there is no smoke to bother our neighbors.

Thanks again for the additional shoe recommendations/thoughts!! I’m also going overseas in a few months (Italy) so that’s another reason to try out some walking shoes and be sure they are perfect before I go. Love my Merrill’s hiking shoes, but looking for something lighter that I can slip on to go to the store, or mix up with the Merrill’s for long, suburban walks, or wear walking into work.

Looking for a moisturizing, light-reflective look. Glad to hear the online quiz works well! Are returns easy if it doesn’t?
@Jolynne_Smyth , I can’t answer that. I have been happy with what I ordered so no returns! I can’t imagine, though, how you could try and then have a returnable product. It’d be great if they sold sample sizes. The inability to try was what kept me from trying for a loong time, so I get it!
Thanks, gardenstatelegal! I’m getting to the end of my Bobbi Brown cream blush (it might be a little similar to the Miracle Balm?) so will probably go w/the Miracle Balm when that’s finished. Poweder not a good option these days, LOL.
I just ordered and tried this product to give a little life to some old pieces we have that just need a boost/shine/nourishment.
I tried it this morning on an old piano we have that really needs sanding on top (it’s in our sun room and basically is a plant stand now) but I thought this might help till spring - really made a difference!

That stuff really works! I have a cherry dresser from Room and Board that came with a small bottle of similar wax. Use it periodically to freshen up the wood.
I’ve no idea if this has already been posted - Biokleen! It’s a miracle stain remover (citrus based) that removed all types of stains and animal ‘accidents’!

My younger D told me about this product–it’s a great sunscreen. I don’t wear any makeup over it, even though it’s billed as a primer with SPF 40. I went to get my hair cut before the holidays and my stylist said–“Your skin looks great! What are you doing?”
No color choices - just a wax. It was easy to apply. It’s recommended to apply liberally and then use a soft cloth after 20 minutes to take off any excess. I also think a light coating can be applied for “maintenance”. We will see how it lasts.
I think my daughter recommended this one too - may have gotten the recommendation from her derm.
We’ve also used this product on furniture and some scuffed wood floors and it’s amazing. Eventually you do have to reapply. I originally found it on one of those “best products on Amazon” lists in my news feed.

Yes! The unseen sunscreen goes on clear. And it’s reef safe! Most reef safe sunscreens are sticky from the zinc oxide in them.
I love this product! I have several and often use a darker color over a light one. It’s great for people with dry skin. Jones Road foundation is great too but more opaque coverage.
Their customer service is great IME.
The nice thing about the miracle balms is that a person could wear many of the colors because they are sheer. Like I mentioned, I have several and I like them all. So I wouldn’t worry too much about getting the color right.
I just tried a Jones Road product (Miracle Balm) and loved it. Bobbi Brown, who had her own cosmetic company, sold her company to Estee Lauder and stayed on as an employee. She left when her non-compete agreement ended and started Jones Road. She’s focused on clean, no-make-up look products. So far, I’ve only tried the Miracle Balm, but will probably try others.
