So I was wondering what happens if you miss the TAG application deadline? From my understanding, you send in a TAG application in September and then a regular application later before you get in. If you forget to apply but still take classes in a community college for a year, do those count, or do you have to skip a year and apply for TAG next year?

The TAG application is a guarantee to one of the participating UC campuses. To apply, visit the website below and have at least 30 units completed.

Even if a applicant does not submit a TAG, they can still apply to any UC. All they need to have to apply is $70 and 60 units by the Spring prior to transfer. It is also very important to have some (or all if the major is impacted) of the major prerequisites completed. These can be found at assist.org
