Sorry, I just meant that the source code of the page, and a search of true gave me 5 values and false were 3.

So what kind of information can you interpret from these values? Does 5 mean success, or 3 means failure?

so 3 people have the same values (you, me, and momofds), this could mean 3 things:

  1. The true and false values dont mean anything
  2. The values could potentially be different for an accepted candidate and considering MIT’s acceptance rate, we 3 prolly getting rejected
  3. This could be the values for an accepted candidate and all 3 of us are getting accepted (the most unlikely possibility)

Sorry, not understanding the true and false value conversations. Is this something on the portal? I don’t access my child’s portal so maybe that’s why I am clueless.

i had 6 true and 6 false… im not sure if i did it right though lol. i clicked on the “request to withdraw your application” then clicked inspect, cmd+f true and false

click request to withdraw, right click and then click “view page source”, and then command f true and then command f false, tell me what you get

interestingly enough, if i try doing it your way, i get 8 true, 7 false, so if someone could else try your method and chime in what they get, it could be very useful

this means absolutely nothing; theres also some extensions which modify every page source code so they could be adding few false/trues without your knowledge lol.

Off topic but, do you guys still have the “manage recommenders and report” button (or something like that)? Mine seems to have been removed recently.
