Submitted the EA application on November 1st. Still have not heard anything about an interview. Is there still time to get an interview? Thanks

It is my understanding that there is still time and they will reach out. If you do not hear by TG I might reach out to them, assuming you want one.

Thank you for your response. I wonder if reaching out to them for an interview is an acceptable thing?

admissions is use to fielding questions. this question will not help you or hurt you. why would it? i would just give them a bit more time since they got 10 thousand applications right around when you sent yours in.

DD’s submitted EA, IBDP candidate, living in EU, US citizen, predicted score 45, 4 HL, SAT 1580, Physics major, and good ECs.

Thank you. This is very helpful.

Has anyone tried to figure out the exact date for EA notifications? Might someone use their math skills to make a prediction?

MIT seems to try to release on the third Saturday of December, though they didn’t do that last year and just kept the day consistent instead (around 16-18, maybe because the third saturday was too late).

Third Saturday is late again this year, so I assume they’ll release on the 16th or 17th.

Hoping for the 13th (because Saturday, the 20th would likely be too late).

ig this year’s date is gonna be late, because they haven’t yet even said the date!

I was right! it’s the 16th this year
