2 of my friends were accepted!!!
WOOOO, I am soooo happy for them!
I heard that 15-20 were wait-listed, including myself and my other friend.
My 5th friend was rejected, and my 6th friend hasn’t recieved anything.
We are all from Hialeah, Fl, and from the same school.</p>

<p>i checked my mail and nothing. This is getting pretty ridiculous. I know that I got rejected (especially now that it is the 13th aka the time acceptees are supposed to let MIT know if they are going) but I want to see the stinkin letter already! I think when I finally get it it will be the happiest I have ever been (or ever will be) over a rejection letter :P</p>

Were your friends who called MITES the ones who were admitted at your school or waitlistees/rejectees? The reason I ask is to determine whether or not acceptance letters are still being sent. Thanks</p>

Oh well, at least the anxiety is over.
