My UPS store is about three miles from me, and it’s right next door to a fabulous upscale consignment store that I browse in after dropping off my package.
“Just FYI…even the nearest UPS store…is a schlep from where I live.”
Which probably means brick and mortar stores are as well.
Have you thought about a shopping trip to a big city since you want to touch and feel and have the store experience?
I have thought about an outing. Boston and NYC are both about 2 hours away.
Yes…retail mall is a trek. But there are several major stores.

Interesting site @VeryHappy . Most of what I saw was those MOB dresses with a dress and jacket. They are very pretty…but not at all what I personally want.
Me neither, but my friend looked lovely in the one she wore.

Once the MOB selected a dress, it wasn’t that difficult to find something that matched hers. It fits me very well (well, except for the length . . . ) and was on super sale to boot!!

Also, thanks for sharing that Soulmates site. Personally, I think some of the long dresses and jacket dresses have a “too much of a good thing” look with all that crocheting. But the short ones, like the one called The Paris, look great.

@BunsonBurner, that’s exactly where I ordered two possible bras from! I always order from Bare Necessities, but they didn’t have what I wanted. And this morning I went to my local fancy-schmancy lingerie store in town and even they didn’t have what I wanted, even at their absurd prices. So I found two possibiles at HerRoom and ordered them.
Also ordered three pairs of shoes from Zappos. I’m making progress!
And did you all notice that it was originally $395 and I bought it for $105!!? Holy cow!

@yauponredux: Actually, each bra was only around ~$50 – but oh, the shoes!! There’s a gorgeous pair of Badgley Mischka heels that I’m in love with, but I ordered three pairs of less expensive shoes first. Hopefully I’ll love the cheaper ones.

If I ever figure out my dress situation…I will want nice looking shoes…but also ones that are comfortable…really comfortable.
Those shoes are beautiful. Order them…and walk around your house in them for a few hours.
