MOE merit based Scholorships and their weight age

<p>Do scholarships awarded by MOE to IP students based on merit hold any weigtage for US universities? (SBGE, EDUSAVE etc)
If yes, where should they be reflected? please respond ASAP. Thx in advance.</p>
