I think it’s a lovely dress and completely appropriate for someone who is 45. I could see women in their 50s and 60s wearing it. Clearly, anyone who wears it needs “good arms” no matter what her age.

Agree with hmom–I know a number of 60-year-olds who have great figures–even better than their Ds.

I’m not slim but I am shapely. And thanks to modern fabrics in underthings, no one has to know the feats of engineering involved to keep my curves aloft!

Mr PMK likes my curves just as they are, always. So I’m all set. Lucky me!

Happy 45th DB. Will definitely give you a shout out at one of those occasions and count down the cost of the dress
After all, you’re doing your part in keeping the economy afloat.

That dress is stylish and definitely conservative enough for an oldster in my book. So a ‘yes’ vote here. I wouldn’t worry about arms, legs, hips, etc. Actually, fitted styles are more attractive on most women, no matter their weight, it’s a matter of finding one that’s the right size. I’ve noticed that there are a lot of pretty dresses this season with a short “babydoll” style–you know, gathered somewhere around the chest and then puffing out from there. That style is definitely for the under 25 crowd.
