My family is moving to Miami Florida on March or April 2020. I’m currently a rising junior. I was wondering if I will be qualify for in-state scholarship for public colleges in Florida. Do you apply for in-state scholarships when you’re applying for college (around september)? If it’s like that then i wont be able to apply for in-state tuition because i’ll only be there for around 4 months. Someone please help!
