Music suggestion for walking.......

Interesteddad, that is Britney Spears genre.

I worked out tonight to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. It would be great on a walk.

Listened to ABBA Forever–that was FAST!

I don’t get much Britney Spears on my iPod 5-star playlist! :)

I’m working at getting OUT of the steady pace walking and doing more intervals, so I like to mix it up. On my iPod now: Elton John (Funeral for a Friend (great warm-up section to start), Levon, Tiny Dancer), a bunch of Guys and Dolls music, Gershwin’s An American in Paris, Bryan Adams (Run to You, which is a great song for intervals, imo.), Crosby, Stills & Nash (bunch of stuff), Iron & Wine (bunch), Paul Simon (bunch), Simon & Garfunkel (bunch), Wham! (Wake Me Up Before You Go), Lots of Westside Story, Wicked, Nylons’ Kiss Him Goodbye, Yes (Owner of a Lonely Heart & bunch of older stuff), bunch of Dire Straits. Really dating myself here.

I did not even recognize that Goldfrapp song as the old Faces song!

^^^

My bad. I think it’s a completely different song. I just assumed it was a remake - especially with the strong early 70s Canned Heat boogie beat, but I hadn’t listened to the Faces song.

I listen to anything by Santana (love the album Shaman) and Michael Jackson Off the Wall…
