Michigan Musical Theater early application deadline October 15th. You will then be notified by November 15th if you passed Screening test.
Excited for the journey! We applied to 14 schools for MT. Results so far:

Great results so far! Would be good to balance your list with some schools that have a higher chance of acceptance.

Anyone got pre-screen results from Michigan?

Anyone knows what the earliest Michigan will notify prescreen results for Musical theater applicants based on previous years?

when did you apply to Michigan?
We applied the 1st week of August to all of the schools. We submitted pre-screens as soon as we received student ID #s, which was from the 3rd week of August through Sept 3rd.
How did you apply August 1st? The applications were open to fill out and submit on August 1st?
Applied August 6-8th via Common App to all of her schools. Yes, if I remember correctly, you can submit starting August 1st.
Any idea the top schools like Michigan CMU NYU CCM how many applicants they actually invite for Audition?

I submitted my prescreens on Oct. 28th to these schools and am currently waiting to hear back about them.
(Applying as a white soprano with a legit range and a high mix, and some acting/dancing training)
Please update on this thread if you hear back from any of these schools for prescreens
(or any other schools if you want!) I haven’t seen a thread yet with many prescreen results from the HS class of 2025 for MT! I will update my results throughout this process.
