She auditioned on campus in January. Her portal was updated on Tuesday, as were her friends’ portals. Definitely check to ensure there’s not a decision letter there. At this point, it will be either a waitlist or rejection.

That’s tough. Unfortunately, summer programs don’t guarantee acceptance, and UMich doesn’t consider alumni relations for admissions.

Nope. Not yet…crickets.
Anything from Montclair? Audition was 2/15 and they stated 1-2 weeks but nothing yet
I heard some rejections and redirects went out this week. So I guess no news is good news!

Update for my daughter: ACCEPTED into TCU BFA for MT. Just got the email. I had forgotten she even applied there. TGIF all

I read that someone got a notification that they were waitlisted for ShenCo/Shenandoah, has anyone gotten an actual acceptance call yet?
A better question is if they’ve started making calls at all— have we heard of anyone getting a call?
There is a local here who got accepted last Monday with a MT call.

was the rejection after prescreens or your audition to the program?
Prescreen from MT- rejected, redirected to BFA Acting. Did the audition 2/4 (or something), notified with a no after 3 weeks. Longest 3 weeks ever! He loved the program though!
Such a massive number of MT applications this year at all the major programs. Every acceptance is truly a blessing (as are the no’s, in my opinion). Cheers, everyone!
