D1 did meet some nice guys on Tinder, but got tired of filtering through so many who were clear they were into quick hook ups.
My nieces both met their Fiancés via online apps. My older niece married and the other is set for next summer. The younger niece dated her prior BF that she also met online. Meeting folks online is getting increasingly common. The fiancés (now H for one) are an engineer and an MD. Both couples are very compatible, well-matched and happy! :x
Not sure if either of my kids have tried online dating sites–if so, they’ve never mentioned it to me/us and as far as I know, neither is currently dating.
