<p>Depends on what you want: it’s spread out all over the country so as to increase the number of districts and politicians involved in the program (most government projects are like this).
Mission Control is in Houston, Texas and the place they launch the shuttle is at Cape Canaveral, Florida. I imagine you’re thinking of one or the other in your question.</p>
