Our forecast total is now 10.85”. Ha. I love the specificity.

Well, we are now right on the border of places that could get over a foot of snow. We are in the “higher elevations” and that over one foot is what they are forecasting here.

We shall see.

It sure “feels” like it’s going to snow!!

Diddly squat so far. Storm of the century!

My guess is we will see this here overnight mostly. They are now saying it will start at 7 or so
which was what they originally said. Then they said it would be a lot sooner
like now.

We shall see!

I am seeing some flakes in NYC now, but it’s supposed to turn to rain.

I’m in MA (about 35 miles from Boston)–north and west of the city. We always get more snow than areas closer to the city. The NWS prediction is for 9-10 inches tonight. I’m OK with snow as long as I don’t have to drive in icy conditions. Also, when we built our house we put in a heated driveway from the garage to the road and also have a heated parking area in the front and a walkway from that area to the steps into the house. In hindsight, that was the best thing we did when we built the house.

Coming down steadily here in south central Pennsylvania (Harrisburg area). Looks like about 5-6 inches so far. Prediction is 6-8 inches. Certainly not a major snowstorm but more snow than we got all last winter.

Snowing in northeast NJ, and sticking, in spite of the fact our shovels and salt are on the porch.

Fretting over my sister and Dad’s wife in NY. I think the snow is going to keep them both housebound tomorrow, unable to visit (Dad in rehab, recovering from hip repair surgery). Hoping the staff can get there since it sounds like the facility is like many others, slim of staffing.

The forecast has increased to 13” of snow here.

We’re in CT along the coast. We got an inch or two. Big whoop. The guys came to plow our driveway at 5:30 AM. They could have saved themselves the trouble, and us the money. It’s 7:30 AM and it’s already 36 degrees, so it’s going to melt pretty quickly.

Well
come to NW CT where we have over a foot of snow on the ground already
and it’s below freezing and supposed to snow until 2.

My condolences.

Last night the kids next door shoveled our sidewalk and walkway, H gave them some cash, such nice kids.

The view outside in Boston. I was looking forward to playing in the snow with my 2 year old grandson. :frowning: The forecast called for 4-8 inches.

The view 30 miles outside of Boston.
