I was also very involved in theater at Lville and echo all of this. The level of independence and responsibility I was given as a student producer was unbelievable and equivalent to (…or sometimes even more than) what I’ve experienced participating in theater in college.
I know our boys’ hockey team is pretty good; not as familiar with the girls’ team, but there are multiple D1 players from my grade who were on it.
Our math department is really good! I’m a math major now in college and was really well-prepared by my experience. I recommend taking the higher-difficulty classes (i.e. Calc BC over Calc AB), as I’ve found that the teachers for those are typically better.
