This is scary. Are you saying she has appointed a guardian and won’t tell you, or she has simply ignored the issue and the courts will have to handle it. Usually courts try to keep family with family, but there is the risk that they would put him in foster care and that you’ll have to hire an attorney to get custody. I’d say step out of this mess unles she is willing to be reasonable (if that is possible).</p>
