<p>Hey guys,
Alright to make it short I was going to apply for fall 2012 to a couple CSU’s in southern California and when I went to my counselor today she flipped the script on me tellin me I’m a couple credits short of what I need to have in order to transfer so I can’t apply. I was very ****ed off I know I should have been careful and made sure I fulfilled all the requirements but I was being a bum. Now my question is what CSU’s or UC’s take upper division mid year transfers for winter 2013 to be exact. I am very lost I tried looking for a list but could not find anything. If any of you have been through this please contribute to this thread and point me to a good direction because trusting my counselor has got me nothing but a huge disappointment =</p>
