So does anyone know about these programs that A&M/College Station offers?

Neuroscience, should, I repeat SHOULD be available as a minor this year, but I wonder if there’s some circumstance where I can make that my major? And has the news on the new neuroscience minor been kind of a ‘yay. we’re getting a neuroscience facility!’ reaction or a ‘wait. we’re getting a neuroscience facility? I didn’t know. What’s neuroscience?’ kind of reaction? Basically, I want to see if A & M is laying low with that kind of information to judge whether they’re really going to have neuroscience or not.

And second, is anyone participating or has anyone participated in kendo? I plan to take it. Opinions? Where do you buy the equipment? How much is the equipment, like the shinai, hakama (oo…hakama!), and that dumb looking fencing helmet thing priced at if they sell it on campus?

Finally, for anyone that knows, what kind of campus jobs does A & M offer? Or if anyone doesn’t know this, and attends A & M and has a job, where do you work? Or, where is a good place to work that’s within feasible walking distance from A & M? (I looked on Mapquest, and A & M is huge! And apparently isolated from the rest of humanity for a while. It looks like it’s sitting in the middle of some highway)

Bonus Question for bearing with me for this long!
What are some suggestions for nearby apartments also within the feasible walking vicinity of A & M?

I appreciate your time for either replying or ignoring my post.
