We did most of the work before they got here. The bedframe in our master was a better bedframe than the one in our guest room so we relocated the good frame to the guestroom and attached the headboard. We took apart the other frame, the one that wasn’t as good and they were able to take it away with them along with the old mattress and box springs. Also, the dust ruffle/bed skirt in the bedroom is now in the guest room because the one in the guest room was falling apart anyway, and it matches conveniently. The new bed doesn’t use or need a skirt so all is well with the world.

I was hoping that the decorator would get back to me to see if her friend who runs a facility for recovering addicts needed the bed, but I never heard back before the delivery guys got here. We have been happy to give them many things in the past, including my old kitchen table, the pool table that was in the basement, an old large, working television, etc. They were most appreciative.
Did you go with the one from Costco or from the mattress store? I’m guessing the mattress store?
Yes, I had already ordered from the mattress store when I figured out that Costco also had delivery and Takeaway. Oh well.

It’s good to know Costco sells them. We have a Temper-pedic bed, but it is at least a decade old, maybe almost 2. It’s still very comfortable though.
