If you wonder why a particular state/country/school/major/etc. doesn’t have its own forum, it is likely because of a lack of past discussion. If people haven’t been focused on that topic in the more general forums, adding a specific forum won’t create interest. Having said that, if you are aware of a frequently discussed topic that would benefit from a dedicated forum, we are always open to suggestions.
