New Fraternity Houses at W&M coming Fall '13

<p>The college today announced the location, approach, and timing for the long over-due new Fraternity Housing. This should make attending the college alot more fun! </p>

<p>I think the location is ideal, and I’m glad they chose stand-alone “houses” versus attached units. Overall, a great move for W&M as it attempts to improve the college experience --while also adding more on-campus housing for a growing student body.</p>

<p>@W&M Admissions - I bet this is the new “dorm” on the capital outlay plan. Price and bed numbers seem to roughly match. Time frame fits also.</p>

<p>Great point soccerguy. We’ve known for awhile that this was in the works but of course with any planned construction you never get ahead of yourself but looks like a fabulous project!</p>
