<p>The girl up now is the one I hated last week with the spikey hair, Lacey Brown. She is doing Kiss Me. She is better than Haeley but I really just don’t like the tone of her voice. I will say one thing, she looks much more comfortable on stage and put on a good show tonight.</p>
<p>Oh my, I didn’t like Lacy’s performance. I just wanted it to end.</p>
<p>Now it is the other 17 year old girl, Katie Stevens. She still sounds wrong to me. She is singing Put your records on. Somehow, it seems too old for her. She won’t win AI, she is competent, has a good voice but dosen’t have the right something…missing star quality.</p>
<p>Didn’t like Katy’s performance either.</p>
<p>Didn’t like Didi’s performance either. Boy oh boy, I thought it was dreadful.</p>

<p>Michelle is up next, hope she does well…she is from Florida!!! YAH.</p>
<p>Wasn’t crazy about Michelle’s performance. IMO–It wasn’t dreadful, but it wasn’t very good either.</p>
<p>I agree about Michelle but she did look lovely. I really am not a big Lily fan…I know the judges love her but I would not buy her downloads.</p>
<p>So far, I think Lilly is #2 behind Crystal for the night. </p>
<p>Michelle did look great, but she appears too much like a beauty pageant talent winner (if you know what I mean).</p>

Lily’s style still bugs me BUT she is def. #2 for me tonight. I don’t like Macy Grey…her voice annoys me and I think that Lily sounds a lot like her.</p>
<p>Katelyn sang The Scientist by Cold Play. I like her voice a lot and I would definitely want to listen to her on the radio. She moves up in my book to the #1 slot tonight.</p>
<p>I love that song, but I HATED the way she slowed it down. It was soooooooooo boring.
She was OK, but I wasn’t thrilled with it.</p>
<p>I also agree that she slowed it too much but I do like it slower. I like the tone of her voice. The next girl, Paige Miles, is doing Walkaway by Kelly Clarkson. She sounds terrific.</p>
<p>Paige: I didn’t like her song, but it’s obvious that she has a great voice. All she needs is a great song. She has the stage presence and she has the voice. She has to find a way to put it all together.</p>
<p>Well, Siobhan doing Aretha…what a note!!!</p>
<p>Siobhan: She’s funny. It was a big song–some parts ugh, but some parts WOW. Overall, I kind of liked it. She has guts.

<p>I know what you mean about the nose ring…yuck. She really surprised me tonite though, her song was wonderful. I didn’t realize that she had that much power in her. Will be interesting to see how everyone votes. I say that Haley and the spikey haired girl, whose name I can never remember, should go home. I have already forgotten what I thought of the boys other than that I loved Lee.</p>

She was in (until she dropped out of school for AI) a vocal jazz group at Millikin University with a kid we know fairly well, that my own daughter performed with a lot in high school. If I see him over spring break, I’ll try to get more scoop on her.</p>
<p>Can all we Bowersox fans chip in to buy Crystal a tooth? That gap drives me crazy.</p>
<p>Poor Katie. She has a young look but the voice of someone older, and the judges are demanding teen pop from her. I’m sure she has no clue what to do next.</p>
