News on Thursday 4/3?

Who has heard today, and what was your status?

I heard nooooothing. DX

same… this is getting rediculous

just called, they said they actually didnt mail a lot of stuff til tuesday. such liars…

I have a headache now. D<

I am getting really frustrated too. one girl from my class got rejected on tuesday and asked if I had heard…and I am stillll waiting.

Nothing for my d. This really getting frustrating :-/

I’m in the same boat. What the heck is going on?! I just want to know because it’s the last college I’m waiting for and whether it’s a rejection letter (which I’m sure it is) I just want to know so it can be off my mind!!!

I need to book a flight to Boston soon if I don’t get into USC. Open House is also where you sign up for your classes and if you go to a late Open House, all the good classes will be gone. =/ Plus, I need to make a deposit for housing.

Nothing & still in review.

Norcal :frowning: wth, srsly.

I know the wait can be frustrating, especially when so many people we know have already received news. However (like I posted in a thread last week), I should remind you all that when I called the admissions office the rep I spoke with told me that the latest people would receive ANYTHING – acceptances included (contrary to prior belief that rejections constituted the entire last batch) is April 7th.

So, good luck to all of you still waiting!

^ april 7th is already late though.
People need to book flights (which get pricier as the date nears) and we only have until May 1rst, plus, isn’t that already unfair for housing and stuff, because it’s a first come first serve basis?

i got rejected on thursday. it was magical haha.

I know! And open house for some school is really early. I have one on the 15the 17th and I need to make arrangements waaay beforehand if I’m going to visit out of state. Plus, it’d be a waste of money to go visit another school if USC is your first choice. =/ I can’t afford tickets to two states. -_-

Nickel, in this circumstance I think I’d call your admissions counselor and explain about the plane ticket situation. I am guessing they would give you an answer over the phone.

I’m going to wait until I get home and check the mail. Then if nothing I’ll call. Should I call my admission counselor?

Friday’s mail just arrived. Still no word in Atlanta.

Likewise NY.

I think we should all call today. Maybe if enough people call they’ll realize something needs to get done?

I’m afraid.
