How did you, non native english speakers make it through the SAT english exam? How did you study? How difficult was it? Was it anything like lamguqge tests you had taken before? Were your results satisfying? Im a little worried so any kind of advice would definately help!
I’m not a student, but I can tell you that one of the best way to study is to do as many practice tests as possible. There are many examples online.
It’s very very difficult. It doesn’t resemble esl tests that you may be used to.
Memorize the vocab and do a lot of practice tests.

Even though I am a non native english speaker, I have attended schools following the British curriculum. So instructions are always given in english in my school. But i would definitely advise you to practice on khan academy and UWorld above everything else. they’re gems!
