Hi, I am currently a student at cc. I want to transfer to UCLA for mechanical engineering. I got a C in History of the United States and a C in sociology 101. Are these considered transferable units? Will they count this in my gpa when they review my application? Thank you.
Those sound like typical college courses that would transfer and yes those grades will be included in your transcript and GPA that the UCs get and consider.
What does it say in your course listing? Sometimes it will say if it is UC Transferable there.
