Yes, my daughter has another section under the Financial Aid Award
I guess no scholarship⦠I wonder if anyone was successful in asking for more/any scholarships⦠Or if they ever offer more scholarships closer to May 1st..
Congratulations! I feel you deserve much more merit than you received with your incredible stats!
Northeastern is not transparent about their acceptance rate for each campusāso frustrating. I think your son is going to have more amazing acceptances to choose from, and heāll leave Northeastern behind in the dust. He sounds amazingāNortheastern knows heās going to get even better offers!
Waitlisted! I was expecting a rejection
Son accepted for Comp Sci, NUin! Heās excited about the idea of starting abroad. In fact, one school heās waiting to hear back from is TU Delft.
UW: 3.86
W: 4.17
AP: 6, plus 2 yrs college foreign language
4+ yrs soccer plus a lifetime of club soccer, + the usual
OOS/ CA
I got waitlisted as well
Northeastern RD Results Survey 2025:
This form is for tracking decision results, so itās all centralized for future students. If you could fill this out once you get your decision, that would be very appreciated!
You can see all other peopleās individual responses in the links above, along with overall form statistics (such as what percent got accepted).
JLK no info on locations for my son either. So strange!
Canāt answer this form. Donāt have a weighted GPA.
All good. It works if left blank. I had put N/A. Sorry bout that.
Glad she is not the only one. She is actually on her way to Boston to visit her brother, they might stop by the campus because she hasnāt actually been there. TBH, it wasnāt at the top of her list and a few other schools gave her a ton of merit. Though, she is definitely intrigued by the first semester abroad. As a double stem major, she didnāt think studying abroad would be a realistic option for her.
I was offered the Northeastern London program, which is 3 years in London and then your senior year in Boston. Is this technically an acceptance to the London school? It was listed as my second choice.
Are you sure the acceptance is not this?
- Admission to London Scholars: first year at Northeasternās London campus
The first year is in London and then the student moves to Boston.
" While we understand that you are likely disappointed with this decision, we would like you to consider an alternate opportunity within Northeastern University London.
Based on review of your application, the Admissions Committee believes you may be qualified for admission to the NU London degree program, a three-year U.K. validated degree"
HMMM. Thatās a new one!
I was confused at first, but I know it was Northeasternās main campus as my number one choice, then London, then Oakland.
Northeastern, what on earth are you doing?
This is the first time Northeastern has done this to my knowledge. I would interpret it as a denial. They are offering an alternative way to earn a Northeastern degree, actually two degrees.
