will she graduate in 4 years?
Do London scholars with 1 coop graduate in 4 years usually? or get delayed?
also 2nd question. Wondering about opinions between Stevens institute of tech in NJ with almost half off merit versus London scholars NU- Business major. Would appreciate any input if LS is worth it - finances aside?
She will graduate in 4 1/2 “years” so to speak, including 2 co-op cycles. She started in Sept. 2022 and according to her current academic plan, will be done in December 2026. Lots of Northeastern students follow this timeline, others follow a 4-year, and some even still follow a 5-year timeline.
I encourage you to join the NU parent Facebook community (titled Northeastern University Parent Group (NU/NEU)) if you want a more comprehensive look at experiences. It’s a vibrant Facebook group with lots of feedback from parents on their students’ NU experience. Just make sure to fill out the questions that screen those interested in joining, in order to be admitted.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a “tentative” financial aid merit letter yesterday from NEU. The conditions are based on completing 16 credits per semester and residing in University housing.
