<p>i think they are about the same selectivity wise, but brown admits more people into their program than HPME but Feinberg >>> Brown Med
but essentially both programs have the same goals and the caliber of the students in the PLME and HPME is the same</p>
<p>Just out of curosity, did any of you guys get into PLME or Rice/Baylor or Boston?</p>
<p>haha yeah, ive heard that PLME is really tough to get into, but so hPME and it’s a much better program</p>

<p>I have a quesiton for those who got in the hpme program.</p>
<p>I took the sat I once in january and want to take it again in october.
I am taking the sat ii in chemistry alone in june because I wanted to focus my studies on that. </p>
<p>The only other dates for the other sat ii’s would be in november. Would it be too late if i am applying to these types of programs? </p>

<p>november would be your latest possible date to take standardized tests if your results get to you before dec 1st because that is when you need to send in the card to request an application. you might want to get done with standardized tests in oct. because it gives you more time to work on the hpme app if you are okayed. i sent in my card like 2 days before the deadline because i was waiting for my nov. score and got the app like mid-dec, but it all worked out. also, make sure that you have a english teacher write a rec, b/c hpme require one from an english teacher. i had to rush my english teacher to write one for me because i didnt know they required one.</p>

i was wondering if the people who got into HPME wouldn’t mind posting your sat reasoning scores? i got a 760 reading 770 math and 800 writing, do u know if those numbers get you a HPME application card? thanks!</p>
