yeah, I think the next big wave will be may 1 with maybe a few, random decisions in between
first, congrats to everyone accepted!! just wondering if everyone accepted today received an email notification at 6:21 pm?
I recommend that everyone check their portal just to make sure you didn’t get a decision. When I applied last year, I saw my decision on my portal before I got the email
I will just post some of my stats, in case you guys are curious.
My College: Freshman in Hamilton College, GPA 4.0 1st semester, 4.0667 on the mid report.
HS: some private high school in Evanston, my GPA was 4.7 something weighted.
I also took 3 courses as visiting student in Northwestern, 2 A and 1 A-.
My SAT: 750 + 800.
Submit 8 APs. One 3, two 4s, and five 5s.

@northwestern30 Based on older threads, it seems like decisions are released every Wednesday. Is there a reason to think it’s every 2 weeks?
I am an ECON major, and applied to Weinberg.
I’m just worried now because it seems like quite a few people got decisions today and, so far, they’ve all been acceptances from what we’ve seen…
@Ashtash no, but last year just had a lot of decisions during that first week of may! I could be wrong

@northwestern30 Oh, I think I remember seeing that! Who knows…I just want to get my decision, lol…isn’t it usually the 3rd wave that has a good amount of decisions compared to the first 2?

The only reason it may conceivably be two weeks is that the first round of acceptances has to respond by next Wednesday the 24th, so they may need time to see what that wave of acceptances looks like. But, I am sure there will be more a lot more acceptances. They have so many applications to go through that I’m sure they have to hold spots open for all rounds.
