@Ashtash I deal with severe anxiety disorder so when college decisions come out, I have learned to INHALA and EXHALA.

@heyigotnoclue I completely understand. I also have pretty bad anxiety, so I’m constantly thinking about my admissions, and it’s super annoying. I have super bad luck when it comes to college admissions, and I just knew i’d be left out of the first big wave. And would you look at that…welp…

@Ashtash one piece of advice that I learned from my therapist is the logic of: when you go shopping and you want an apple. You look for the perfect apple: the shiniest, ripest and most firm one. however there are at least a hundred of similar ones. so you just have to randomly choose. you go by instinct and you have no control over it. SO WHY STRESS OVER IT?
